when you go over a small bump does it sound like the shock is bottoming out if so then yeah they are gone

woohoo, someone finally replied! well, i was going down the streets pretty fast the other day and i hit an uneven patch of road and i heard a bottoming out sound, but i was going 'bout 65. would that still mean i've got blown shocks?

lol that would be normal if u were going that fast and hit a uneven patch of road. one way to check ur shocks would be to press down on the car if it seems like there is no play in the shocks then most likely they are goners.
