can you put a 2.25" header on the stock 99-00 Si cat?
i'm going to install my friends header for him, but i was thinking that a 2.25" header would not fit on the stock 99-00 Si cat. can someone shed some info?

What header are you using that has a 2.25" collector?

What donut gasket do you use with that application? I've never seen a mass-produced, 2.25"-collector header, and I don't understand how a larger gasket seals in the relatively small stock flared flange.

well i got done putting the header on earlier today.. bolted on just fine. the donut gasket was already on the T1R header because it was used, but it looked the same as the Si donut gasket.
