Whuts up.

About a half a week ago some chick hit me in the parking lot. I was moving to and she managed to hit my in my rear right side but it seems that she hit me square in the wheel cause I can still see her damn paint from her bumper on my rim. I took it to a shop to get it checked and the guy couldn't take off my wheel cause I forgot my lugnut bolt undooer at home. He told me by the looks of things he said it must be my upper control arm. I had some free time yesterday and replaced it myself, but it hasn't seemed to solve anything. The guy measured everything when the car was up on jacks and he said everything lined up except for the upper section of the wheel. I put a square right next to my wheel and by the looks of things, the top part of my wheel is in about 1/2-3/4 of an inch. little diagram below. any ideas?

not to sound stupid but make sure your rim isnt bent? also check the trailing arm/hub assembly. it could be tweaked. other than that im not sure what to think.
