anybody order from AIEONLINE.COM??????????????
sup guys , if you feel the need to move this to another forum then please do so....
i just wanted to share my experience with this company to give you guys a heads up. its not really a huge deal but it pissed me off. last wednesday i finally had enough money to order my greddy type 31 intercooler. a fellow HT member directed me to aieonline.com because of their cheap prices . i called them up early in the morning . adam answered the phone and we went through the order process . everything was great adam seemed like a good guy to deal with and so on . i told him i wanted next day shipping , and he said no problem but he would have to call UPS then me and let me know the shipping price . i say fine and he takes all my info along with my credit card info . wednesday goes by without adam calling me about shipping , the first thing im thinking is great its not shipped then . thursday morning i call numerous times and email him once , no answer to either , now im thinkin is HAS to get out today otherwise i wont get it this weekend . all of thursday rolls by with no answer to my calls or emails . and it is now saturday and still no word on my intercooler or what the hell is going on . i think its absolutly horrible buisness practice and im for sure not ordering from him.
keep a heads up for aieonline.com...

Ordered a magnaflow cat and muffler from BigExhaust.com. Well the muffler came in quick. A week and a half past and no cat. Called them up and they found out that they "forgot" to ship the cat. So in a week from now I can finally put in my exhaust.
I bought stuff from them, no problem. But that was 2 years ago...
I ordered this exhaust one time a long time ago (3 years ago)? it took over 7 months to get it!

you see...a lot of shops normally don't stock parts. so what they do is order 'em from the vendor as you order. Sometimes that process can take long and thats' why all the waiting's for.

i bought my turbo kit through aieonline / adam. thats exactly whats happening. with these super cheap places its a good idea to have them make the calls and see what the story is on whether or not the item is in stock. i asked and he checked around first and called me back with when he thought he could get a hold of the kit and then ship it. i bugged the ****** out of adam on a variety of things before i ordered my kit and later my type 31 ic.
always check stock when ordering, and if they say "yep its in stock" ask "are you shipping it or are you having it drop shipped from ...?" since the product is not sitting right in front of them when you order, get as much info as possible... generally they will be helpful.

ya. i normally tell my customer ahead of time if i don't have 'em in stock but sometimes even the vendors will trick you (tell you its in stock but bs happeend and they can't send it out). it happened to me and made me look like an *** telling customers that..

yeah, i got the impression that if adam thought one of his connections had it in stock he tells you that its "in stock". which isnt lying, but he has to go through another person to get it shipped to you. to the average person "in stock" means "i can walk over there and put my hand on it" and the interenet is blurring that.
Ive bought two greddy products off of him through e-bay (boost controller and turbo timer). His prices were good and he shipped the items out fast. Sorry to hear you are having problems with him.
its really not a matter of setting install times or seein if its in stock or not , its the fact i gave him my credit card , and he wont pick up his phone or return emails . i just thought it was wierd as ****......i even left messages just asking him to let me know whats going on , and he hasnt.......he didnt charge my card so like i said im not hella pissed , but so far i just think its bad buisness practice i guess . its wierd you know??
