how do get my dist. off my b16?

Put engine to TDC, mark the distributor so that you know EXACTLY where it was when you removed it, and unbolt the 3 12 mm bolts and pull it off. Check timing after installation of new unit.

Do mark the position of the distributor so you get the timing right when you put it back. There is no need to set the engine to TDC. The distributor can only go back on one way. Right down the spark plug wire order. It's easy to forget the firing order.
