Quick poll and Question About exhaust.
Hey people, I just want to take a poll to see if you guys and gals like duel or single exhaust on the s2k. Oh yea feel free to post pics to support your preference.
Also, i've done searches but i'm hitting a dead end. Does any one know the entire weight of the cat-back exhaust systems for stock and aftermarket systems. And also which one have the best proven gains. Thanks

Try searching on s2ki.com.
Stock is about 44lbs or so I believe.
I've heard the Amuse Duals are about 15 lbs. Amuse single about 8 lbs. Roughly 5-8 hp gain. Very pricey though, but bling bling.
IMHO the best bang for your buck exhausts (dyno-proven) are Spugen's. 5+ hp gain (gains always vary). Quality is good, service is excellent.

the stock is over 50 lbs- about 51 or 52 i believe.
most people love the single's because they make the most power and weigh less- i still chose a dual because i thought it best fit the car in terms of looks. IMO any exhaust will not make a huge diff in power therefore i just went with what I liked the best.good luck
most hp gain for single is as stated above powerhouse amuse(price is upwards of a g),try for a jic if u want a single, also try spugen(Duc and family are great people)

Well i know exhaust is not gonna make a difference but its better to get good pieces for the car, that way in the end it will all add up. I personally prefer the dual setup myself, especially since the bumper was designed for two and it would look incomplete. Also i'm familiar with the options for the integra but i'm still in the gray zone with the S, (interms of good aftermarket parts) are there difference in diameter of piping???
OH yea thank you to all who replied.

They are quality mufflers. However, if you are unhappy with the Magnaflows, you might be able to ask Spugen to put some other mufflers on there.
yea, i live in the socal area so i guess i'll drop by and see.
by the way, do you know how much is teh bumper patch?
