Those mounts from AZ are nice from what I hear, plus he's got a dope bronze all-motor crx too I had a set of HCP in my old crx with a b16 and a big shot, and they held up well, tore the tranny mount after about a year. I currently am running Place Racing mounts in my 90 hatch with a b18c and they are pretty sweet I must say, they have held up real well and vibration isn't harsh. The true test is to see how things go once I piece together a turbo kit for it. But anyway have good experience with both mounts, you can expect a little vibration with any poly mounts. And for god's sake please dont get the adjustable linkage when/if you do the swap, they are awful.

Ok ive done lots of swaps for fit and finish Place racing there nice and stiff and i dunno why but my car felt ok no big vibrations at 750rpm . We switched my friends for has sure there light they seamed stiffer untill we got the motor in and runnign the **** vibrates like crazy and the motor is not that stiff.

If ur going all motor then go with Place racing otherwise Hasport for turbo u get .5 more clearance

I've got the billet HASport mounts in my STD. Plenty of clearance and It's been almost 2 years now and nothing is broken. And I'm pretty harsh on my car, for the 1st year, I was at the track every week.

Only downfall of HASport is their price. They are expensive, but I say worth it. And since I live in Arizona, I've heard of the AZracemachine mounts. They look nice to me, but I've NEVER, even around here, seen someone with them. I just thought that was wierd.

I use HCP in my hatch, and have a friend that used AZracing ones, both are good in my eyes.

I have http://www.spituning.com mounts - local guys. I think they may be out of business, though. I love em - they're basically hasport knockoffs but I'm 100 percent satisfied. Don't vibrate too much, and lots of clearance.

I have a set of the hasport mounts. I love them. They are a little rough some times but other wise they are very nice. They are perfect come race time. I have very little to no engine movement and shifting linkage is perfect. I give my hasport mounts AAAA++

hey thanks alot guys, can anyone tell me the price range no the mounts, i saw 179 up at the top i believe for some cheap ones, don't the hasport hit over 300? not that it matters, just wondering so ill know what im getting into, and someone was telling me not to use adj. shift linkage, dont you just use the shift linkage to the tranny you are using? (b16 tranny use b16 linkage)

Go with the hasport mounts. Never heard any complaints about them and they have a lifetime warranty. As for the shift linkage you have to get a custom one because the B16 one will not work unless modified.

There is AZ Fab and AZ Race machine. the one with the bronze crx is azfab. azfab and azracemachine both sell mount kits. I personally have hasport mounts. I know a lot of people that use the azracemachines and have no problems with the mount, but they have a problem with the shift linkage, it tends to pop out of gear a lot. all the AZ racemacine mounts are just hasport copies, cheaper for the same design. but i always use hasport mounts.

I bought the whole package from hasport. I have some vibration but not much. The shifting linkage, the rear mount, the 3 mounts came to a grand total of 647.00 shipped to my door. The more I use them and drive the car the better they get. They are CNC machine mounts and super easy to install. It comes with all grade 9 bolts and locking nuts where needed. If your looking for almost stock mounts (like in Canada Crx) I'm not sure about the other mounts but for simplicity the hasport have zero clearance issues, motor placement issues work great.

Place Racing gets my vote. Seen the urethane in the hasports break too many times.

There was a run of the ORANGE urethane in the older NON-billet Hasports that had issues, but it has since been corrected. HaSport warranties their mounts.....just send it back and they will take care of you. You will lose the labor of taking them out and re-installing them, and cost of shipping the mounts to them, but they will take care of the rest.

The rear mount is usually the one that breaks down first. So far I have not had any issues with the urethane in the new billet style mounts. My customers with the early style Hasports have not had any issues with their mounts either eversince the new BLACK urethane was replaced

My friend has the new Hasport mounts on his hatch and so far the Urethane on the rear and tranny mount (passenger side) have gone out.
