Auto maps different to Manual Maps?

Auto maps different to Manual Maps?
Do Auto maps differ to manual maps generally? Reason for asking: If I do convert my JDM auto P13 to manual will this only cause it to idle well or will it feel better under all driving conditions.

when they do the convert from auto to manual on the p13 all they do is replace the chip which would have all the manual info on it. so you wouldn't have to worry about the auto fuel maps
