from the looks of it, at the 330, you gained at least .2 already. I think its at your shift points... that you may have lost momentum. best guess I can say is at least .3 to .4 gain with slicks under the best conditions.

that was my first thought as well, try 10 psi, and go down 1 psi after each run to about 7psi, see what works best... trial and error

maybe you don't have enough pressure in the tires? your speed is noticebly lower so your top end is suffereing but at the 1000 you had almost .2 quicker. I say raise the pressure to about 18-20psi, it's just a suggestion.
