It's brand new and has never been used (obviously). It doesn't come with end tanks. There is a dent on the top from the shipping but that wont hurt anything. It measures 24.00x10.30x3.50.

Not to add to your post but where can you find a NEW Precision intercooler core of that exact size for $450.00 shipped? I'm sure ARTurbo will agree that is a fair price for a Precision/Garrett core that size. I'm willing to work with ANYONE if you PM me. Allot of people can vouch that I am a nice guy and I will not refuse any good offers.
