as well as all the hydraulics and or cables to make it work

Can't do it.
The tranny swap for V6 Accords is the G1 Legend tranny ('86-90) into the G5 Accord V6 with the 2.7L C-series engine. You have a G6 Accord with the 3.0L J-series engine, which is not compatible. And as RangerJoe mentioned, the G2 Legend ('91-95) uses a laterally mounted drivetrain, completely different from the transverse drivetrain in the Accord and G1 Legend.
If you want a manual transmission for your G6 Accord V6, you'll have to source one from a CL Type-S 6-speed, a G7 Accord 6-speed, or the new TL 6-speed.
