Default b20vtec question?

-will my b20 be able to use the stock fuel rail it came with jdm b20 fuel rail
it has an itr head and a cr or 12.5:1
i was told by the shop building the motor that it will not be sufficent enough even with all the extras i already have in the fuel system, plus he's trying to push this str fuel rail he already has on me

it also has a walbro 255 fuel pump, sard fuel pressure regulator and rc 310cc injectors also a itr fuel filter if this matters?

-also how reliable do you think the stock crv con rods are, i have shot peened them? i will only be revving up to 7200rpm

any other comments welcomed

i used stock fuel rail and b&m fpr on my fully build B20.

Stock rods are good up to 8000 rpm with arp rod bolt and balanced crank.
