Having problems with my MUGEN ECU on my S-2000

Anyone had problems with the Mugen ECU on the S-2000 ?

what kind of problems? high octane fuel is required.

At 6000 RPM the car strats hesitation , when I plug in the stock ECU no problem. We have 98 octane feul here in Europe. It says code 1253/1259
