Yea, I think everyone with a DC2 will have this problem sooner or later. I unfortanately have it but the previous owner was stupid and tried everything besides doing it the right way and replacing them. I believe that you have to heat up a paint scrapper or something and pry away the rubber holding it in and pull it out like you do a windshield. Its not that hard but you would prolly have to remove the rear interior panels to insure you dont ruin them. on me if I m wrong but I ve taken out windshields so I would believe the method applies to this as well.

Actually come to think of it, aside from replacing the trim you could use this trim retorer that 4 star products sells. But all it does is make the trim look more black and doesnt actually restore shine. But if your limited on funds its a decent alternative.
