you need the following:

-5 speed tranny
-both driveshafts
-clutch pedal
-clutch master and slave cylinders
-clutch hydraulic lines
-shifter assembly
-shift cables
-5 speed ecu
-new trim inside around the shifter so that it fits

that's all i can think of right now, but there is more i believe...trust me, it'd be less trouble and cheaper to just buy a 5 speed car...you are looking at least 1 grand worth of parts, and about a week of installation...

to do this right, and with ease, you are going to need to remove the motor and tranny, that's one day (trust me, it's a bitch to hang the cluth pedal without doing this)...a second day for installing the clutch pedal, running the hydraulic lines running the cables and installing the shifter and all, and mounting the new tranny, clutch and flywheel to the old motor....another day or two to order any parts or missing bolts you may have left out or lost (this always happens to every project)...anf finally, one last day to put the motor back in and hook everything up...

oh yeah, the rest of the parts i left out are:
-starter from a 5 speed
-clutch
-flywheel
-flywheel bolts (auto pressure plate bolts won't work b/c they are too shallow)
