Default 4th gen JDM headlinghts not lined up right... why?

The fit of the light assembly is perfect. Im talking about the bulb inside. The main headlight bulbs are not lined up right, one faces a bit down and one faces a bit up. It looks like one is much brighter than the other but Im pretty sure its just that one is pointed right into the little cover thing an the other is a bit to the top ot it.
Has anyone had experience with this?
Does anyone even know what Im talking about?/

Pls help
Thanks

You might need new bulbs.

you need to adjust the bulbs... i had the smae problem. drive really close to a wall and turn on the lights. use a flat head screwdriver to turn the little wheels. unfortunately honda makes a specilty tool for this job... a screwdriver works fine.
