Easily Removed?
Looking to remove my rear wiper and the nozzle that stick out of the roof to spray the rear window. If its going to be hard for the rear wiper I am just going to lift, snip, fill but I know the sprayer nozzle will need to be plugged. Can anyone give me any tips or removing and plugging both?
Thanks
Thanks
Good luck with the nozzle. It is easy to get it out with the headliner out. Closing the hole will be fun-it should be welded shut. As to the wiper, that is an easy one with a couple of sockets and a 3/4" rubber hole plug. If you want it properly shaved-weld it up or get an HF hatch. You can leave the wiring in place as it is not simple to remove. The rear cover panel can be a bit difficult to get off as it has plastic retainers with expansion screws (need some I have em)-this must come off to get to the motor.
In case you are wondering-SCCA and NASA both require the rear wiper and nozzle to stay on the car for Improved Touring and HC. At least such is the case for an Si.

never go to the track because canad is **** and has one per territory. I dont car much about the motor on the wiper just want it gone and the hole patched.
How would I plug the washer nozzle? If I cut the top of it would I be able to grab the hoes thru the top and fill it with something, jam it back in then fill up the hole?
Have no idea how its wired or anything
