Upside To Buying an RSX-S??
Was thinking of upgrading cars. I currently have a ricey crx and wanna get something newer.
Been looking at some white RSX-S's. Are they really good or is there a better car for looks/speed out there that wont rape a 18 year old on insurance
The -s has 200hp right? Good handling? The oly premance mods Id be looking into right now would be i/h/e + a 75shot?
What is the stock compression? Could it handle the extra power. Down the road I would proably invest in a built block + sc because I har some companies are starting to make stuff for the K-series.
How much would you pay for a stock 20k kms or less Pearl white type-s?
What options are available from the factory?
PS-Im canadian
Thanks

Insurance will rape you on an RSX, it's a brand new "sport" car and you're 18.
I am trying to sell my '00 Civic Si and buy a '90 CRX Si just to get away from high loan payments and insurance raping.

I don't know if this helps, but I know my old 99-EX, Canadian-SI was a symbol 17 when I caled the insurance company...The Subaru WRX is a symbol-18 and my new RSX-S is a symbol 19. Go-figure
They also will base their rates over time with things like the average owner age. How much they are trashed and driven bad etc. (meant wrecked)
I was shocked that the scooby was lower than my RSX. But check with insurance first before you buy. No matter what the deal$$$
