My guess would be not that long. First and foremost, do a cylinder leakdown test. If you yield good results then maybe a small 50 shot will be ok. I would also add a nice ignition system to your set-up as well as retard the timing about 2 degrees and colder spark plugs.

My friend with a 91 civic SI decided to go nitrous at 215k miles on the original motor. Hes been through 3 bottles (ZEX kit 55 shot) so far and no blown engine yet. But of course looking at your compression numbers it wouldnt be the best idea. Good luck with it.

yeah my friend had close to 200k on his orig motor
and he went through about 10 bottles b4 his went kaboom
and he had a best time of 13.2 w/slicks
