If the front end of the car is still factory and the traction bars are not custom then you should be fine. My budy has a h22 in a eg with competition traction bars and it fits no problems.

Me too.........shouldn't be a problem. Just wondering, does that mount kit use a front engine mount? If so, you will have a problem and probably have to get custom ones made

i have a h22 turbo in my street car and im using the morroso competion engineering ones and i know they fit so im sticking with those even thought they arent the best like jimfab i would to have the jimfabs but not going to chance 300 bucks and not fit the oilpan does hang low and come close to the drivers bar on the traction bar
well i guess the z10 do hit and those others dont. so i just gotta wait it out till the z10 oil pan is availible. ~

Yea it hits the oil pan a little but nothing like using a rubber mallet to make a little ding in the pan to stop rubbing.

92h22a,,, what mount kit are you using??? those axles are hella tweaked, maybe its becuase the car is in the air and there is no load on it,, but damn. I plan on using the HCP kit, from what ive researched, that kit places the engine the furthest back,,, the further back,, the straighter the axles!
Looks like the place racing kit.
Ouch, I broke like 5 axles with that kit just barely lauching the car. Hit Norris up, he's got a sweet mount kit that puts the engine where it needs to be!!

I have had no problems until Oct 5, in phoenix firebird (IDRC) the passenger side axle didn't break but came out of the tranny. This is due to the C-clip that holds the axle in was not used due to the axle if it broke
we could pull the broke axle out faster. But I have ran the car on the street as a everyday driver and went to the track at least 5 times with about 30 passes under the belt and no problems, time for longer axle.
