Idling screw lost...help!!!

Idling screw lost...help!!!
You don't happen to have one or know if the dealer will sell an idle adjusting screw do you? Last time, my idle was so low that when I put the car in neutral at cruising speed, it would die...so I turned the adjusting screw a couple of turns to pull up the idle...Today, i looked at the idle and it was a little too high (1000 rpm) so I decided to pull over and adjust it...guess what???
The f*cking screw is GONE....So now,I stuffed the whole with a rolled up piece of paper to plug it up.
Anyways, can I use just any screw in there? Oh damn it this sucks!!! help.

It's a 95 Acura Integra GSR...but I think the screw is universal and will fit all Honda model (I'm guessing)....will you be my saver?
