Aftermarket HID's can not be baught in the USA now. They are illegal. Or so I have heard.

thanks for clearing that up. So has the lawsuit been dicided yet then on what is going on with them?

 

I see tons and tons for sale on ebay. And many many sites which will sell them also.

 

If they made them illegal it would only mean illegal to be used on the roads they would be for offroad use only. They would not make it illegal to buy/sell them...you know kind of like alteezas and clear lights and neon for that matter (all this depends state to state of course) they can sell them they just have to make sure that the buyer is aware that they are illegal to use on the roads.
