Accord Relay problems?

Accord Relay problems?
Does any one know were the relays are that control you power door locks and gauges?I had some electrical problems and now those things dont work. I have checked all fuses .also does anyone know what that control unit controls that is above the inside fuse box because i might have fried that maybe. btw its a 1995 4 door.
