Default ITR/GSR front sway bar on LS?

Has anyone put the 24mm stock GSR/ITR front sway bar on a LS? I'm looking to put the ITR bar on the rear, and figured why not try to put the front one on as well. It looks like the front bar is pretty well wound up in powertrain components, but how hard is it to swap it out?

I haven't done this since I already have the 24mm bar, but I wouldn't think it would be any harder than unbolting your stock bar and popping the new one in.

Good idea in wanting to upgrade the front up 2mm since you'll be putting in an ITR rear sway bar; it's a lot easier to control a little understeer than it is oversteer.

I always thought the LS's had the 24 mm front sway bar.

I personally would not upgrade the front, and only the rear. Just to get a more neutral setup.

I just recently installed a rear ITR sway-bar on my '95 SE, I can't even begin to describe the difference it made on the twisties and on the track. Before installing, I had 17x7's, a ITR front upper strut bar, Eibach's, stock shocks, etc. The springs were first, very noticable handling improvment, then the front upper strut which made a good improvement, but not that great, and then the rear ITR sway-bar. The car feels completely more in control, I mean it was in control before, but now... wow. I can turn-in much later with more confidence, and the slight added oversteer is not uncontrolable, and actually kind of fun.

hey wuz ^ man. b18bintegra here. I have done the ITR rront sway bar. and I think it made a difference and was worth it. the stock LS is about 20 - 22 mm. I also have the ITR rear sway bar for sale if u want it $150 with the ITR rear lower strut brace included with it. all u have to do is pay for shipping. This is the best price I can do. Sorry. email me at hondarc258@msn.com anyone who is interested. later. By the way it isn't that hard to swap the bars out. U would have to drop the cat and shift linkage. As well as anything else. Its pretty simple if u have a lift. Happy Tuning and good luck

I've got the ITR rear swaybar on my car. Big difference!

I just installed the front upper ITR strut bar this past saturday, and it made a slight difference. I'd still recommend it to anyone.
