Default Socketing ECU. Can you check for good connections w/ Voltmeter?

When you socket your ECU is there a way to check that the solder connections are good using a digital Voltmeter?

Thanks

well you could set it to measure resistance, then place the probes on either side of the electrical path in question and the meter should read zero resistance. you're probably just better off visually inspecting the solder connections. you could probably do a search on google to find example pictures of good and bad solder connections. if its dull, etc its a bad connection. if its a nice smooth shiney consistent finish, then chances are its good.
