Default tie rod replacement?

i have 130k on my 95 integra...steering seems loose, could it be the tie rods inner/outers?
how can i tell? i dont see any grease out of the bushings and seems to be ok.

also has anyone bought tie rods from oriellys or autozone? only $23 for the outers.
let me know what ya think....running on tokico blues too,

Tie rod ends, upper & lower ball joints, they all should swivel every way but they should NOT be loose. You gotta get in there & find out where the looseness is located. Otherwise you'll replace parts until something randomly fixes it.
