drag racing tranny question

drag racing tranny question
Hey on here people that are running 11's and 12's what trannys are you using? b16? ls? type r? gsr? Other thing I was wondering if I kept my b16 tranny what gear are yall having to go into with the 11 and 12 second cars?
also why are people in there sigs post 1/4 times and say "missed 5th"??? I use the 4th for the last 60 feet but thats about it with my b16 tranny

ys1 gsr tranny... missing 5th you would need a 4.9 final drive, i dont know if a 4.7 would require a 5th gear shift....i like your signature also 11.4 in a delsol shouldnt be hard to beat. haha

thanks lol Right now I got it running 12.7's so I am getting close...need to resleeve and more boost and I should get it....also gonna get some full-race rods
