What broke - metal or plastic? There are solvents out there that bond plastic back together. They have an ingredient called methane chloride (I think that's the correct chemical) that basicly welds the plastic back together. If you can get straight methane chloride then that works too. Luckily for me we have some here at work. It has fixed many broken toys for me

do you mean your center reflector?
If so, and it didn't break the plastic tabs that hold the center reflector in you're in luck.
If Honda still have some, when I bought mine I got a couple extra just to sure.
The center reflector is held in by screws w/backing plate things and plastic covered nuts.
Take off the reflector and it's a Captian Obvious solution.
Circled are the little tabs I'm talking about. That wiring and crap is some special jdm center reflector lighting option, it's not my pic.

hope that helps, but if its the 3rd brake light than this post was useless...

hmmm...... maybe i wasn't clear enough, sorry for the confusion. let me start this over again. alright, i own an 88 crx and i put 91 si tail lights on. well i got a little carried away with the center light and torqued one of the screws WAY too tight trying to get the tail light to lay flat (it was kinda bulging out, and after 5 min of try to push it in with my body weight i got the bright idea of just trying to screw it in so hard that it just pulled the light flat... bad idea) anyways it broke one of the screws in half so now i have the bottom of the screw in the peg stuck in it. i tried to pry it out but no luck, i just kinda tore up the plastic that holds the screw. i have a few extra center lights so i have some replacement screws but i just can't get the damn screw to come out of the hole so that i can replace it. thanks for your time guys.

try heating it up, without melting the plastic... then try and pull it out with vice grips...
