4ws help!!
Does Anybody know what all i would have to swap out if i want to completely get rid of the 4 wheel steeering in my 4th gen. It's a 93 si 4ws. And if all that **** is too complicated or expensive can I still lower it without major modifacations?
for weight reasons.... i'm guessing it puts my cars weight to around 3000 lbs... preludes are not light to begin with. And i'm thinking that it would make lowering it more difficult and more expensive for the parts needed.

No it wouldnt. Why do you want to lower it in the first place? You want your car to handle worse?

I say keep it! ^ it is only 80lbs. No more expensive to lower/mod suspension as it's been said several times in this thread.

The handling improvement just from lowering a car (especially one like a Prelude) would only be marginal at best. Handling is improved by reduced body, increased damping and having enough SUSPENSION TRAVEL to combine the two.

Andy you should have looked in my trunk when I was there, I have a rear strut bar. I screwed my 4ws controller to the top of my sub box. The only thing we can't do is the lower tie bar.
