Default Unorthodox Pulleys?

Unorthodox claims 2.6hp per pound off the pulleys. all in all, the SS pulleys are claiming 8+.
could this be true?
If it is all true, doesnt it make sense to just buy the crank pulley, which is the only one that takes off a considerable amount of weight... crank goes from 4pounds:2.2oz - 12oz!!!!!
the accessory pulleys go from 7.6oz-3.8oz, hardly any difference. Although they say its not only weight, but also the diameter.

see link

anyone have any info/dyno on this?
