You can make 250 easily with JRSC at 9 psi and Hondata, that is if you have a 5th gen lude or can shoe horn the kit into another car.

You can probably break 200 whp with just bolt ons. If you plan on staying NA you'll have to bump up compression and get a built head if you want 250whp area.

wont hit 250 with NA ;o maybe 240, but your talkin a lot of money to hit 240 with an H22

pnp head / cams / valvetain / cam gears / pistons / sleeves / rods / pnp im / larger TB / GOOD* header ( non dc ) / intake / catback exhaust / highflow cat / fuel system / ?? ignition ?? / and some sort of piggyback like hondata or vafc and that'll hit ur 240 ish mark

correct me if im wrong, but thats about all the NA mods i can think of for a H series, other than the DIY balanceshaft removal and ground upgrade..

I wouldn't say 250 is impossible, I beleive there are a few guys around here with numbers like that all motor.
But get ready to drop some cash for the sleeves and pistons and headwork ect

250whp is tough. I'll see how close I can get by the spring, I still have to do balance shafts/better header/sheet metal IM

Of course if I ran open header that would help a lot...but it's not practical streetwise so why bother just to prove a number.

didnt 2point6 make just under 250. after a lot of $$$$$$$$$, like enought to make 350 or 400 with a turbo on the budget he used? its just not worth it. build it up for N/A then spray the hell out of it.

Don't get me wrong, i agree with you and joel completly, if you are going to spend more the 4g trying to get 250 you are better of building a turbo setup (though the all-motor bragging rights are nice )
