Default Help with Spring Rates...

I am wanting to set up my R for road racing[...]. This car is also used for daily driving. I want the stiffest of spring that wont be too harsh for the daily driving but is stiff enough for road racing[...]. I also like a little over steering. Thanks for your help...

you can go 12/8 easily for that type of driving.

That's what I have... except switched (8kf/12kr). I think it's very streetable and simply phenominal on the track. VERY little body roll and not "twitchy" at all, but very responsive.

FYI anyone looking up this result..i can tell you that H&R springs #29502, 360/360 induce the same handling characteristics as stock (i.e. heavy understeer), except allows you to take on corners much more agressively due to higher spring rates.

kg/mm race springs..... 8kf 6kr.... on koni yellows....... very nice stiff ride its what i have on my daily driver

it will dump your car though i didnt like it cus my skunk2 arms hit my shock towers so i "custom" raised it up and i love it now with the stiff rates

I have 12k front and 10 k rear and drive em' on street and track.

No problem, try it.
