taking off the head need a little advice

I need to know torque specs for the head and intake manifold.
if anyone knows these or where I can find out I would appreicate it.

Head bolts - 63 lb.ft
Intake Manifold - 18 lb.ft

make sure you losen the head bolts in the proper order to avoid warping the head.
