Two days at Summit Point for Oct 20 and 21 at a good price

It's with the Audi Club for $295 for both days. Plenty of room available. Very nice people who run a very safe event, and very welcoming of beginners.

Oh yeah, membership dues. But that lets you go to their other HPDE's like VIR the following month,

Plus the cost includes a dinner banquet and a tee-shirt

Are those dates correct? thats a Monday and Tuesday acording to my calendar.

Anyway, if it is a weekend that might be fun. I've been wanting to get some time at Summit and I love (though can't AFFORD) Audis

Something else worth noting, the "beginners" are put on the Jefferson circuit, whereas the "non-beginners" are on the main course. If you're a beginner and this makes a difference to you, think about it.

I've been talking with one of the guys that runs with them, owner of Induktion Motorsports (Ed, good guy, tuned S4), and he said the instructors were good. While I can't make this one, I do plan on running with them next year. As far as JC, I haven't driven on it myself, but I've heard some people say it was better suited to bikes.
