Dude,,, not to be a dick,, but this has been covered 1000's of times. Your car will be fine as long as you have it tuned, and don't cheap out on engine management.
As for your road racing/SCCA questions, learn how to drive before you add that much power. You will actuailly be slower with a boosted car than N/A

did a search and found nothing that tells me about boosted gsr's. if you happen to know of any, post the link!
as for learning to drive, what must be mastered that would make me slower in a boosted car?

Honestly, yes no matter which kit you get, please have a plan to get the car tuned immediately afterwards. I would use the search option to find information on Hondata, Uberdata,Crome, Vafc Hack and many more. Tuning is the key for longevity. Good LucK
if you have never auto crossed before then you don't have a need for that much power. Since you want to get into non straight line racing, go with suspension/chassie mods first.
Road racing/Auto-X has more to do with the driver, than the HP of the car. My SOHC Civic will turn better times than most of the V-8 powered cars that I Auto-X with.

well see, im building my motor in around january to february and still not sure which way i wanna go. i am planning my car for the long term, not just in the next couple months. meaning eventually i will go to racing school and eventually i will get in to more races. but right now, i am building my car.
for suspension, i will be ordering JIC FLT-A2's very soon along with a rear sway and chassis bar.
