I dont think you need a t4 unless your preparing to run upward of 500 whp and got the money for the cream of the crop turbo to blow.
I say go t3/t4e or s housing... b housing is weak these days... or maybe a t3 60-1 like I am trying (f22 though).
what components and budget you considering here?

yea i was thinking t3/to4e...but someone offered to swap my t3to4b for his to4 so i was considering it...i am only looking to make around 350 ish....
this turbo i have right now isnt doing it
at 15psi i only made 274whp...not enough
