Default Will an AEM or B&M Fuel regulator cuase pressure drop on my STR rail?

Im about finished with my project, and i decided to try the factory lines instead of SS lines and the Aeromotive.

But i heard i will get a pressure drop with the "on rail" regulator, such as AEM or B&M. Does anyone have experience with this?
