I just put in my Tein HA's and I was wondering what a good damper setting is for daily driving? I have the fronts set at 10 (10 left from all the way right) and I'm not sure what I should have the rear ones set at. Should the rears be softer or stiffer than the fronts? Thanks.

 

Theres no right answer, whatever feels comfortable. If it were on the track you'd generally turn up the fronts to maximize grip, then turn up the rears until you reach the desired balance.

 

Hmm... you're right about the comfortable part. It's all about preference. I guess I just wanted to know what a good balance of settings were in our ITR's. Someone recommended me that the rear should be a little stiffer than the fronts.

 

i have them on my EG hatch.. (Tein HA for ITR). usualy just driving around on the streets i set them on 16 front(0 being full stiff) and 12 rear.

for spirited driving i set them on 10 front and 6 rear. which is REALLY bumpy!
