yup.. it was spray painted. Look at the Box..

The box and springs have been in the his trunk for several months. I have no reason to paint them.

 

Here's a larger picture. If you want to see them in person that can be arranged. Like I said before these have been in his trunk bouncing around in the box for a couple of months. I have NO reason to paint these...

 

I believe those are painted.

Suspension Tech springs come in black.

 

suspension technique speedtech springs come in silver.. i had some on my old civic, thats silver on the box is probably just from the springs rubbing in the box. and who cares if its painted? im sure paint wouldnt affect the performance of the springs anyways.

I talked to a Sus-Tech rep, the springs are color coded. I think it went that the old ones were blue, and for the newer ones silver~2" and black~1"

I did respond to your question above regarding shipping but I guess you didn't read it. The springs aren't mine so it really doesn't matter what they sell for I just posted them for a freind. Either way whoever buys them just saved $20.
