treating stock rods CRYRO and SHOT PEEN

I have B20 rods (gonna be used in my LS/VTEC) that I wanna get treated so that they will be stronger and withstand the rpms that i plan throwing at it

Is it better to cryro or shot peen it?
Or should I do both? and if so...which one first?
