ok heres my ride a 91 civic with a b16 mostly stock other than crower valve train and supertech valves. The question is what cams Im looking for cams on a budget that will produce a noticably hp and tq gain. I realize i cant go with a stage 3 in any case because of my low compression. I was wondering if anyone had anything good to say about gude(they seem to be cheap in price) or any other opinions about any other cam setup for my b16. Id prefer opinions from ppl that have actually driven or seen dyno sheets please, not just rumors they have heard.

 

I have gude cams in my LS......no problems except with the gude valvetrain also...loud...tick alot. Everyone says that is typical with upgraded valvetrain tho. I am not dissatisfied with my cams except for the fact that I am not boosting anymore lol, so they are rather useless. still pulls hard though. I have a friend on this board with Crower 403's in his GSR and he loves them (Timonex) Good power, very respectable price, and a good name to back up his purchase, and best of all they aren't regrinds. If you do want to go with rerinds, however, gude is pretty respectable and very easy to contact and communicate with.
