Right offset for 19's on Accord
Firstly, no one is goin to answer this question on this board.. they are not into big rims or altezzas or crazy body kits.. call your local rim dealer and ask them yourself.. thats the best answer i can give you.. my rim dealer is http://www.wheelmax.com call them they will tell you best offset.
can he get those in a higher offset? how far is he gonna lower his car? is he gonna slam it? most people with RHs and accords get +42 but they're only dropped about 1.5" or so. the other people that are slammed on teins, ground controls, tanabes, etc. rub sometimes. they usually take out the wheel well liner for more space and roll their fenders.
Actually I like big rims, maybe not altezza's but i see nothing wrong with having some flash on ur car. Everyone's differnet and their entitled to do whatever they want to their cars, not everyone has to like it. If your doing stuff to please what others think then maybe you should rethink how you think (does that make sense ?). I dont think everyone on honda-tech thinks alike so if u dont like something then ignore it.
Anyways Im running 18" 225/40/18 with 43 offset so I dont think ur gonna have any problems with the 19's, let me warn you though rubber is expensive as hell for 19's and finding shops that can change em is even harder. Oh by the way I have HR sports with out any problems.

I dont disagree with big rims either... I have 19" Axis Se7ens on my car, 6th gen w/ F-Max kit and the car still spins the tires in 1st gear as it hits 4 grand... but i went with a wider tire 225/35/19 and i rub a little.. its dropped 1.5" w/ Eibach kit and Koni Yellows... im actually tryin to find a way to roll fenders but dont know how or how to get rid of that inner line.
