Default OT: Good Honda mech in Nova

Hey all, sorry for the OT, but since there are a lot of locals on this board - Anyone have recommendations for a good Honda mechanic. A friend needs some engine work done on his Accord. Thanks.

Have him contact Steve Saki at SGT Racing or CDE Motorsports. Autothority also does good work but expect to have to take out a second mortgage to pay for it.

He's not 100% sure - either the valve seals need replacing, or the seals around the spark plugs.

Thanks for the recommendations. Any others?
AJ, unfortunately it has to be a shop in VA, this guy lives near the VA/WV border.
