Seems like the EC Finals at Maplegrove brings the best out of people every year. Maybe it's just the good track and the weather conditions at the end of the season.

Team Race101 came out and ran new personal best (just like last season).
My Race101/Autronic All-Motor VW Corrado went 11.07@121mph
(reseting the record for All-Motor FWD VW's again). Semi-final finish in All-Motor
Kevin Black's Autronic powered "Orange Crush" VW Scirocco went 9.95@140mph
(first Scirocco into 9's) Runner-Up in Quick XVI class.

Gordon and Charlie running side by side 11's in Pro-Am All-Motor
Jason Hunt running 9's again, this year in Pro-Am FWD
Gary Gardella 8.55@171mph in Outlaw class (runner-up)
John Shepard breaks into the 8's big time with 8.94@158mph
Vinny Ten (aka Vinny Seven) breaks of a 7.66@177mph against Gardella (hey Gary, he did give you a head start off the tree... j/k )
Sav almost got in the 8's

Don't miss the footage of the All-Motor Finals. Norris P doing drifting exibition! Norris Prayooto v/s Mark Brauning... that's an old school matchup, east coast style. I've been running against these two since my first national event at NIRA back in the late 1990's. Mark good job on the 10.60's and Norris good job doing donuts on the track without hitting anything. We're all glad you are OK.

"chuckles" Yeah thats kinda messed up my friends 13 second shadow gets props but you didnt get **** from any publisher yet..... Big Props to Ron for his 10.5 pass..... i hope one day i can to make a 10.5 pass.. Till then i will just use my right hand to get off.... haha j/k

 

Gary had to run in the Outlaw class... Vinny is always in the Outlaw class.. Gary has two power adders and methanol and was 100 pounds to light for the quick class so he decided to run in the Outlaw class... If Gary would have put in 100 lbs. he would have done very well in the Quick class too..

Yet Paul runs in the quick class. It doesn't seem fair for a 4 cyl fwd to run 6 cyl rwd. But I know it is tough to make classes.

working on that one.. we are revamping all the rules for 2004. It is too late in the season to change the rules.. we should limit the 6cyl to only one power adder.. right now they have a different wieght brake and also they have to run street tires.. but paul still pulls 8.2's... so there is definitly something we have to do about that..

ron it weigh 2489 why is that you car is much lighter and you have interior maybe it's just the body work from the car accident weighing alot but Im following the rules so if you choose to run ya backseats thats you I care less what everyone say because they will alway say something
