Accord h22 turbo?
I drive a 97 ex 4-door. I would like to eventually have a fully built prelude turbo swap. I know i could produce some hp numbers but i was wondering if the weight of the car is still going to hold me back. I don't want to beat everyone, just be competitive(at least against other civics, accords, integras). Will it be worth the money and time?

are you serious?? hell no. that same money dropped into a civic would be much better spent or even better, invest in a newer faster car like a wrx.

depends on what you are going to do. If all you're doing is dropping in an engine then you wont get much...i believe a h22a does 200 hp. now if you turbo that baby or NA it then u'll run good. right now u prolly will beat the ricers but against most people (ht people) u might not be able to compete with them.
whp varies too much to say for sure....
i made 176 whp and 152 ft/lbs of torque with a cai and exhaust. on an old engine at that too....
then i have seen people do 155hp on bonestock or 165 on engines with every bolt on possible....
