Dear SCCA AX event participant: Here is an update on the Evolution Performance Driving schools being held this year here at FedEx.
If you have not already heard about these offerings and have an interest in participating in an Evolution Phase 1 or Phase 2, please check out the wdcrevo.us web-site for more event information (or http://www.wdcrevo.us for some of you). You will also find here a link to the Evolution web-site for more specific school information.
If you have already attended the Phase 1 and Phase 2 schools and are ready for a Phase 3 or a Challenge school we have the possibility of adding one or the other of these schools to the lineup, but you have to act fast! Click on the web-site link above for registration information, or drop me a line via the reply button on this e-mail for any questions you may have, especially if you are an advanced student and want either of the schools mentioned above.
We need your support to continue these schools, so sign up now and join us for the fun on the 25th and 26th!
As of Monday 9-28-03 we have:
31 registrants for the Phase 1’s on Saturday, needing 36 to fill 3 schools, while considering a fourth on Sunday, and
16 registrants for the Phase 2’s on Sunday, yielding 1 full school with 2 folks starting off the second school (we need a lot more help here, if you are ready for a Phase 2)!
The current Instructor line-up is as follows:
Sam Strano
Dean Sapp
Mike “Junior” Johnson
Tim Aro
In the likely event that more schools are added we will be graced with the presence of:
Marc Dana
Jean Kinser (Marc Dana’s wife and the Owner of the Evolution Performance Driving schools)
Again, we need your support to start this DC “tradition” off with a bang and be successful, so sign up now to come out and play with the crowd on October 25th and 26th!
Thank you all,
Ron Shurie & Brian Burdette
