To tell the truth, I don't blame 'em. SCCA Pro & Speed Channel do a less than spectacular job of promoting World Challenge. ALMS does an excellent job of promoting their series. So as a manufacturer where do you go?
Then add the allure of prestigious races like the 24 hours of Le Mans, 12 hours of Sebring, and Petit Le Mans and you'd probably make the same decision. WC will never have the allure of a 24 Heures Du Le Mans but they certainly could be doing a better job of promoting the series than they are now. 1-2 week tape delays? Puhlease.
