im wondering if i should get the ctr pistons or aftermarket forged(CP, wiseco, JE) for an all motor street/ racing integra gsr. money is not much of an issue. what are advantages and disadvantages?
also should i bother getting new rods or just arp bolts? this is targeted toward 200+whp

if you want to rev safely pass 9K rpm, I suggest getting aftermarket rods (and bolts too). With that, then using cast pistons would be out of the question. CTR pistons=stock rods, Aftermarket pistons=Aftermarket rods.
I would like to know this too, im thinking of an all motor b16 buildup. I was actually considering Itr rods, aftermarket rod bolts, and cp high comp pistons (11-11.5: 1
go with your instict cuase some oem pistons won't fit the aftermarket rods for instance
oem pistons to oem rods
aftermarket pistons to aftermarket rods
ctr pistons to eagle rods nope cause the pins are different
je pistons to ls rods nope!!!!
mine is je piston 13.5 with a set of rev rods and I have no problem at all
stay with your instinct
