Assuming you're talking about a GSR, I want to say it's like 23 5/8" from flange to flange. I just measured mine on my '00 GSR about 2 weeks ago. If I get a chance to measure it again I'll give you the exacts.

it's not a 2000 but i got a 99 siting in my garage
18 1/2in /obd2/ 99 gsr cat,/ o2 sensors ar 3in(side) and 16in(top)
