got a feeling it is originally not a typeR, its got SiR-G Headlight assembly(chrome), it has no 96Spec aluminium tag on the centre console, but i am not sure.

i ran the specs thru a translator and i got this demented translation:
They are in TEGURA TypeR and the run meeting & grass race SPL of 96 spec. base. Since it is with a number, of course, continuation inspection is
possible at some specification change. The October, Heisei 8 registration, a one owner vehicle base. It is on automobile inspection date October 10, 13.
I real-run-guarantee-do 32,500km of runs. (After becoming this specification, even if it ‚½ the trip of a round trip once for a central circuit, it is not
running 500km.) From the accident present condition vehicle of a front part, it rose also including each part reinforcement. Although axle part etc. is
arranging now, the 34-second generation per minute is recording in the central circuit. On my experience, if even an arrangement boils down, it will be
thought that 31-second generation is hard. Since there are many reconstruction parts, please have a look to the last, without –O‚«ing bored. Eg system

someone told me those are locking hood pins with the pattern key you insert into it.

What's with that stupid wing in back though. m4d d0w|\|f0r(3 YO!
You need just a little bit to help keep the back stable under hard braking (though suspension mods help this more). That thing will just slow you down at high speeds.
